Slow Espresso is an experimental short semi-demonstration video shot at home in the 2020 lockdown. Many shops were closed at the time and we entertained the idea of an imaginary cafe that takes 10 minutes to produce a coffee for one customer. A potential solution to social distancing and having a cafe experience. Most mornings, I watched Simon perfect the slow art of making coffee with this obscure coffee machine, made of solid brass.
